- Free shipping for orders over $50.

Returns & Shipping Costs
- We only accept returns for damaged or defective items as per our return policy.
- If your item is damaged upon arrival, we will cover the return shipping fee.
- If you are returning an item under the EU 14-day cooling-off period, you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
International Shipping & Duties
- Additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
- Gentle Journey is not responsible for any additional fees incurred upon delivery. These charges are determined by your local customs office and must be covered by the customer.
